Tell me the make, model and the issues you are experiencing. I will then arrange a site visit or provide technical support over the phone.

A proper look at the boiler, the fuel store and the controls — not just the fault code on the display.

On the spot where I can, or if parts are needed I will arrange another date with you.

A short written record of what I found and did, and a reminder when the next service is due.

Yes — most of my work is service, repair and fault-finding on systems that are already installed.

What size systems do you work on?
From 10 kW to 1000 kW, non-domestic. Ten years of that has been on Spanner Re² CHP plants and biomass boilers, in plant rooms up to 1000 kW.
